Senior Business Analyst -Medicaid

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Collaborate with team members to plan, develop, and implement project activities for Medicaid or healthcare-related systems.
• Support and analyze compliance efforts with federal and state requirements and project methodologies.
• Develop, execute, and report on test cases and testing activities.
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving defects.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, including managing action items.
• Conduct JAD sessions and collaborate with client SMEs and vendor teams for scope definition.
• Develop and present client communications and documentation, including training materials.
• Gather, document, and track business requirements.
• Review and assist in the development of system design documents to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor potential project risks and issues, and communicate them to project management.
• Prepare, review, and maintain compliance of project artifacts and documentation.
• Validate post-implementation activities with requirements traceability matrix.
• No sponsorship; must be local and able to work in a hybrid setting.
• Requires 6+ years of experience in Medicaid / healthcare and 4+ years as a primary business analyst in ALM system projects.
