Construction Services Senior Project Manager Halff has an immediate opening for a Construction Services Senior Project Manager in Conroe, TX.
The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering experience with a focus on transportation in the consulting industry and / or working with, or for, public sector clients.

The successful candidate should have experience managing CEI projects, managing inspection and testing teams, or coordinating tasks of moderate size and complexity, make decisions independently and resolve complex problems.
In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must be able to manage budgets, personnel, schedules, sub consultants, and client interaction.
The candidate must also have the ability to support operations managers and practice leaders in business development and pursuit of construction engineering and inspection opportunities. Requirements :
- B.S. or M.S. Civil Engineering with P.E. license in the State of Texas (or other states a plus) or ability to obtain within six months.
- 8 - 12 years of project management experience in Texas
- DOT experience (as a DOT employee or consultant) is a must, TxDOT preferred.
- Ability to lead a project and supervise a technical staff of 5 -15 personnel.
- Possess an extensive understanding of construction standards and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to travel to construction sites for extended periods and work outside of normal business hours.
- Must be a self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success.
