Title : Technical Writer
Location : Hybrid Charlotte, NC
Pay : $40 W2 hourly
Duration : 1 year contract
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining technical documents, ensuring clear governance of procedures, and supporting risk control sustainability.
You will collaborate across various teams to develop process work procedures and manage technical publications.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus on Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical writing experience, with at least 2+ years in a process governance role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Jira for content management and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, write, and manage comprehensive technical documentation for the PARB function, including procedures, guidelines, and voting governance materials.
- Ensure the sustainability of the PARB risk control processes through clear, well-documented workflows.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and convert complex information into clear and user-friendly documents.
- Generate audit reports and metrics related to the PARB process.
- Create and maintain internal publications, including newsletters, process updates, and email announcements.
- Manage content on SharePoint sites and integrate Jira tools to support product review logistics.
- Support the GIS / GCOR reviews through precise documentation and process tracking.
- Lead special projects and provide technical writing support for planned publications and internal communications.
- Continuously update and improve existing documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and best practices.
