Tiello has partnered with a leading Mechanical Contractor who is looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Civil Engineer in Florida who focuses on Government, Federal, and Public projects valued up to $15MM in project value in the Florida area.
Title : Assistant Project Manager / Civil Engineer (Government, Federal, and Public)
Project Types : Wastewater treatment plants, Environmental, Government
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Prolog
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in an engineering role in the construction industry
- Wastewater treatment construction experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Project Management or Civil Engineering Degree
