Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables for multiple transformation projects

Develop and execute change strategies and training programs for new digital tools and workflows

Define KPIs and provide regular reporting on adoption and business impact

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PMP, Agile, or Prosci certification preferred

5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in digital transformation

Strong understanding of change management principles and training design

Experience with AI tools, SaaS platforms, and process automation technologies

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
