Essential Duties / Responsibilities : + Assists in the planning and coordinating of radio program content, ensuring alignment with Focus On The Family's values and objectives+ Collaborates with hosts, writers, and other team members to develop engaging and relevant content+ Participates in pre-production meetings and contributes innovative ideas for programs+ Coordinates logistics for remote recordings and interviews+ Assists in managing relationships with guests, contributors, and external partners+ Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality of our radio productions+ Supports social media and digital content initiatives related to radio programsOther Duties / Responsibilities : + Attends weekly producer’s meeting+ Assists in general departmental duties+ Perform other duties as assignedWorking Environment / Physical Requirements : + Office environment / recording studio+ Must have ability to work occasional long hours on short notice+ Stress and pressure associated with deadlinesJOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSCharacter / Spiritual : Exemplifies Ephesians 5 : 1-2, Therefore be imitators of God as dear children and walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us.
