Job Details
We are looking to hire several experienced RNs who have at least 2+ years nursing experience in either Medical Surgical, Oncology or hospice nursing to do patient visits in both home and facility settings for those in need of HOSPICE care
The Hospice RN will provide advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients in their end of life jouney
The Hospice Nurse will provide a full range of advanced clinical home care services, including patient assessment, medication management for pain and symptom management and patient / family education.
You will see only (4) patients per day and will self schedule all your patients so you have complete control of your work schedule.
You will review patient insurance information and coordinate activities involved in each individual care plan and make sure that pertinent findings are shared with family and professional caregivers
