Employbridge Search Group has a client in Omaha, NE who is looking for a Field Sales Associate. This is a company that is looking for someone who wants to get promoted within the company, wants to get into sales and had great benefits!
Job Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with the floor associates, as well as local, regional and national accounts
- Ensure sales associates have the tools and product knowledge they need to effectively demonstrate and sell products to customers
- Responsible for growing account revenue with assigned accounts
- Assist with developing, implementing and managing account strategies for sales, merchandising product placement, etc.
- Prepare and conduce product trainings and presentations with sales associates
- Track the effectiveness of training and presentations, as well as implementing changes as needed
- Identify opportunities for territory growth through new potential accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in sales or training is helpful, but not required
- Capable of using Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Power Point
- Organizational Skills
- Competitive and wanting to grow accounts
- Capable of working with a variety of teams
- Looking to excel in career
