About the Role :

Join LeafSpring School at Pendleton as a Toddlers and 2's Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the youngest learners in a warm and engaging environment. Our dedicated team is passionate about fostering growth and development in every child, making this an exciting opportunity for educators who love working with toddlers.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddlers and 2-year-olds.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.
  • Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.

    • Preferred Requirements :

  • Experience working with toddlers in a daycare or educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet developmental milestones.
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.
  • Knowledge of child development and early learning standards.
  • Background check clearance required.
