Role Description :
As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our fitness programs (over 5k value on some) and services.
You will engage with potential clients, conduct calls, and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. Your goal is to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build a client base through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to prospective members.
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and our product offerings.
Requirements :
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
