Location : US, Remote About The Role : Gen3 seeks a stellar Project Manager, Senior to play a key role in supporting project lifecycle management and team leadership for our federal client.

What You'll Do : Lead and manage the project to ensure successful delivery per requirements Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including budget, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Monitor project progress and performance, oversee scope and schedule management, and take corrective actions as needed Manage and coordinate project team members across multiple disciplines and external stakeholders Implement rigorous risk management processes to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks Provide clear and effective project communications, including status reports, presentations, and recommendations What You'll Need : 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale government or regulatory projects Expertise in managing complex projects from end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring Strong leadership ability with proven success in managing high-performing teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management tools and software Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree required;

PMP or related certification strongly preferred What's Desired to Have : Previous experience supporting federal or state government agencies, especially federal financial agencies i.
