Key Responsibilities
Process status changes, annual evaluations, and benefit elections
Assist with educational assistance requests and generate necessary reports
Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred, may be waived based on experience
2 or more years of benefits administration experience
Experience with benefits education and assisting employees with inquiries
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
Demonstrated high-quality customer service experience
