The Director of Recruiting will be pivotal in spearheading the transformation of our Talent Marketplace and Acquisition landscape.

This role will focus on harnessing the power of every resource and cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to elevate our talent acquisition capabilities.

You will be at the forefront of creating, implementing, and transforming how we attract and recruit top talent. Your expertise will also drive the operational excellence of our talent acquisition processes & tools that support the entire organization.

What you’ll do : You will have an opportunity to spearhead the creation of the organization’s recruitment and talent acquisition department, taking your 5+ years of knowledge and experience to the next level.

You will oversee talent acquisition operations, ensuring operational efficiency, effectiveness, & alignment with our strategic goals.

You will work with various leaders across the organization to understand their talent needs and deliver quality candidates that will help drive the organizations aggressive growth strategy.

You will partner with various community resources such as colleges and Tech schools to continuously network with new talent.

You will understand and monitor our industry recruitment strategies to ensure we are remaining competitive. It Won’t Be Easy!

Majority of the skills we hire for are in high demand and short supply healthcare, healthcare leadership, IT, etc. Requirements : A mixture of strong leadership, intuition for business, operational savvy, data acumen, motivation & energy.

Broad market knowledge in talent planning, acquisition and integration, with a proven track record of designing and implementing premier talent recruitment systems, processes and practices in a high-growth organization.

Expertise in recruitment marketing and creating an attractive presence in the market, with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record for sourcing and hiring top talent.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other advanced HR / Recruitment technologies. Experience with a variety of creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent currently working at other companies.

Healthcare experience preferred, especially high volume. #exec Powered by JazzHR
