Our top Am Law 100 client is seeking junior attorneys with experience in financial services litigation, securities litigation, and / or employment law to join their team on a temporary / contract basis.
The successful candidates will play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing arbitrator disclosures and awards history, contributing to the success of our ongoing and upcoming cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze arbitrator disclosures for potential conflicts or relevant background information.
- Assess awards history to identify patterns, trends, and implications for ongoing litigation.
- Collaborate with the legal team to prepare detailed reports and summaries based on findings.
- Assist in case preparation by providing insights and recommendations based on the analysis of arbitrator data.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with relevant legal standards and guidelines.
- Perform additional research and analysis as required to support the litigation team.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services litigation, securities litigation, and / or employment law.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Location : This position is based in West Palm Beach, FL. Candidates must be available to work on-site as required.
Duration : This is a temporary / contract position (approximately 6 months) , with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
