Metro Welding Supply is offering a unique opportunity for a full-time CDL-A driver to deliver welding and medical gases in Michigan and northern Ohio.
This role, based at our Ypsilanti location, Cryogenic Gases, is perfect for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys a physically demanding job.
Our drivers enjoy a work-life balance of 8-10 hours daily, home daily with no weekends, competitive wages, full benefits, and a 401k.
A clean motor vehicle report is a must.

Responsibilities :
- Deliver welding supplies and equipment to customers in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and interact with customers in a professional manner
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
Requirements :
- Valid CDL Class A driver's license with a clean driving record and hazmat endorsement
- 1 year prior experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50lbs
- Early morning shift
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
