Job Schedule : Full time

Weekly Hours : 36.00

Salary Range : $24.00 - $33.00

Pay Info : Non-certified techs will start at $24 / hour, certified techs will start at $25.50 / hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience.

$7,500 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment.

Department Details

Schedule : Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 6 : 30pm-6 : 30am.

We are a 16 bed OR on two floors, providing care for adult and pediatric surgical patients. We support surgical cases within a wide range of surgical specialties including : General, Trauma, Bariatrics, Urology, Gynecology, Robotics, Cardiovascular, Plastics, Ear-Nose-Throat, Oral, Pediatric, Neuro, Peripheral Vascular and Pediatric and Adult Orthopedic Trauma.

New grad surg techs are encouraged to apply with or without certification!

Job Summary

Surgical technologist are an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. Come and join one of the largest and fastest growing not-for-profit health systems on our journey to be the premier rural health system in the United States!

What you will do :

Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.

Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.

Qualifications

Position requirements :

A graduate of a Surgical Technology program.

Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.

National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or without certification.
