Job Details
Day to day...
- Manage multiple audit engagements and supervising teams up to 4 members
- Lead client audit engagements including - planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits
- Thorough understanding and practice of AIPCA, PCAOB and generally accepted auditing standards, common audit procedures and techniques
- Supervise, train and mentor associates and interns
- Research and analyze financial statement and audit related issues
Qualifications
- California CPA certification / active license
- 5+ years of experience in a public accounting role, or combination of public accounting and focused financial audit experience with private and / or public entities
- Bachelor's or Master's in business, accounting, or with an emphasis in accounting
- Experience acting as primary client contact
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
