Key Responsibilities

Create a motivational work environment and support team members in design implementations

Facilitate team and customer meetings, and communicate project information effectively

Monitor team productivity, recognize high performance, and assist in performance reviews

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a creative services role

3+ years of leadership experience in project ownership and cross-functional team projects

Figma experience required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience completing web design projects
