POST-ACUTE CARE PHYSICIAN NEEDED IN COLORADO SPRINGS
Full time and Part-time opportunities available
Join a thriving private practice dedicated to serving patients in skilled nursing facilities across Colorado. Embrace a role where physicians can focus on patient care while our dedicated staff handles the rest.
Enjoy unparalleled autonomy rarely found in today's practices. We're currently seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide primary care and preventative care for patients in assigned skilled and long-term care facilities
- See an average of 16-18 patients per day
- Collaborate with the nursing staff and administration at each facility
- Work with a large network of community primary care physicians
Position Highlights :
- Great base salary of $250k plus bonus
- Full benefits including paid malpractice, 401(k), 20-days PTO, and more
