Description

We're looking for a driven operator and client growth strategist who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. You should be excited to dive into every part of the TikTok Shop ecosystem—viral content, affiliate marketing, offers, and operations—and be ready to wear multiple hats.

This role demands someone who embraces challenges, thinks creatively under pressure, and pushes for excellence in everything they do. The ideal candidate is passionate about TikTok, great at building client partnerships, and has the grit to chase ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build long term partnerships with clients and set realistic expectations
  • Primary POC for client relationship
  • Cross-sell other agency services when it makes sense for the clients business needs
  • Set and meet timeline for client projects
  • Educate clients on TikTok Shop ecosystem and levers for success
  • Manage and assist a remote team of shop assistants for day to day activities and operations
  • Review shop assistants' work and provide helpful feedback
  • Execute shop growth strategies to drive revenue growth for clients
  • Understanding content needs and competitor landscape, what kind of content works in the category, what's working for competitors
  • Formulating briefs for creators that are both top of funnel (product education) and bottom of funnel (offer / promo / urgency)
  • Craft effective offer and promotions strategy
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports on growth, engagement, and sales
  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok shopping features and trends to identify new opportunities

  • Managing a book of 5-8 clients

  • Train future growth hires on our TikTok playbook and mentor towards a team lead role
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in TikTok Shop
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Analytics skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Existing knowledge of the TikTok platform and consumer behaviors on the platform
  • Willingness to learn fast
