Compensation / Benefits
- $27.84-$45.46 / hr. based on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $2.50 / hr.
- Night differential $3.00 / hr.
- Weekend differential $3.00 / hr.

We have operating rooms located at the Porter campus and the HealthPlex campus. The Porter campus has 10 operating rooms with services ranging from urology, general, neurology, and bariatrics.
The HealthPlex campus has 6 operating rooms in the main OR with services of orthopedics, general, and ENT, 1 hybrid room for cardiac cases, and 3 operating rooms for GYN and Robotic cases.
Our scrub techs demonstrate teamwork, ensuring the sterile environment is maintained, and keeping a safe environment for our patients.
We orient new scrub techs to all of our surgical areas by providing an extensive orientation with a dedicated preceptor in which scrub techs become proficient in all of our service lines.

Job Summary
RN essential functions include, but are not limited to :
Assessment / reassessment - Systematically assesses / reassesses the health care needs of individuals; appropriate for specific age groups and patient conditions.
Involves patient, family and other healthcare providers as appropriate
- Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes - Analyzes assessment to determine nursing diagnosis and expected outcomes, involving patient, family and other healthcare providers as appropriate.
- Implementation and Coordination of Care - Provides nursing care through interventions to achieve goals and needs using professional judgement guided by current evidence-based practice, regulations and policy
- Evaluation - Evaluates patient outcomes by utilizing the critical thinking process and evidence based knowledge to recognize problems, evaluate facts and reach sound conclusions.
- Evaluates discharge needs related to plan of care utilizing resources as needed.

Qualifications
Education
Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in healthcare field preferred.
Licensure / Certification
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment
Other Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
New grads are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
Qualifications : Education

Experience
- Previous experience in healthcare field preferred.
- CVOR experience highly preferred.
