Hattie Larlham is looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want to be part of a mission based on Comfort, Joy, and Achievement for adults and children with intellectual / developmental disabilities.

Opening :

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule : Full-Time, Days or Nights, 12-hr shifts, every other weekend and holiday required.

Location : Nestled in northern Portage County, between Cleveland and Akron, is the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities, a long-term intermediate care facility that provides medical services for 124 children and adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities.

What You’ll DO :

Flexible scheduling to ensure a work / life balance.

Utilize, maintain and grow your nursing skills!

Provide autonomous care to adults and children with intellectual / developmental disabilities.

Administer medications.

Care for ventilator dependent individuals.

Participate in provider rounds.

Make recommendations to the medical team based on your assessments.

Feel appreciated by the residents, families, staff and Administration.

Be mentored by nurses who love to share their knowledge with newcomers and new grads!

Requirements :

Ohio or multistate Licensed Practical Nursing licensure required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within first 30 days in role.

Valid Ohio driver's license.

Available to work full-time, 36 hours per week. EOW / EOH required.
