Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan and Staten Island

You can conduct two evaluations in one day!
- Must have your NYS license as a Speech Language Pathologist and a TSSLD / TSHH
- No DOE Employees please
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
Comprehensive training will be provided prior to start
Job Responsibilities include performing comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments in school settings that include :
- Case history, including health status, education, socioeconomic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds and information from teachers and other related service providers
- Student, family, and teacher interview
- Review of auditory, visual, motor, and cognitive status
- Standardized and / or non-standardized measures of specific aspects of speech, spoken and non-spoken language, and cognitive-communication, including observations and analysis of work samples from schools
- Identification of potential for effective intervention strategies and compensations
- Selection of standardized measures for speech, language, and cognitive-communication, with consideration for documented ecological validity and cultural sensitivity

Pay : $450.00 - $700.00 per day
