What Will You Be Doing?

• Process and review all sales orders, purchase orders and sales returns in a timely fashion, ensuring proper approvals, set up, and documentation are included
• Daily invoice entry; reconciles outstanding or questionable invoices
• Process invoices for payment in a timely manner while managing invoice dates, due dates, and all relevant payment terms
• Ensure financial information such as journal entries and account reconciliations, includes relevant support documentation
• Work to resolve customer and vendor discrepancies; monitors customer account details and reconciles outstanding or questionable invoices

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job :

• Familiarity with accruals, A / P, A / R, and General Ledger work
• Experience including familiarity with account details, revenue reports, billing, and month-end close processes
• Intermediate experience with MS Office (Outlook / Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
• Knowledge of accounting software; Dynamics NAV preferred
• Experience with PO accounting
