$1,812 to $1,912 per week
About The Position

Incentives : Will have opportunity to attend an IAMT class within with hotel and driving covered (up to 4 hours) and up to $40 / day for food covered.
or If someone has extensive orthopedic experience, a higher bill rate would be considered. Or Completion Bonus of $1,000 for a PTA and $2,000 for a PT after 16 weeks.
$3,000 completion bonus for PTs after 26 weeks. Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? No Will accept First Time Travelers?
Yes 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Float to other clinics : No Patient Population : Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; Will see 12-14 patients / day;
Double-booking of follow up visits expected. Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 13
