KARL STORZ is seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our Sales Analytics team, you'll leverage your expertise in revenue data analytics, financial modeling, and predictive modeling to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop analytical models to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Manage commercial territories, set and deliver sales quotas, and provide insightful analytics and tracking key performance indicators
  • Create reporting dashboards
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Analyze data to drive revenue growth and maximize sales performance
  • Effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders
  • Maximize revenue by analyzing competitors, customer behaviors and market trends

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent consulting experience
  • 4+ years of analytics experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations
  • 2+ years of experience in sales territory management and sales quota setting
  • Experience designing, developing and scripting data pipelines, data sources and dashboards
  • Proficient in SQL, data query languages, and data visualization tools (Tableau a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, ETL processes, and data modeling
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical or analytical solutions to stakeholders
  • High level of business acumen; ability to understand business operations, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritizing needs and delivering results in a fast paced environment
  • Ability for up to 10% travel

Nice to Have :

  • Experience in medical device or healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets
