We are seekinga Business Development Manager for our client in Woburn MA. Will beheading our team for the Service Department.

Sales are on the riseand our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will bejoining a dealership with an energetic service advisor team skilledtechnicians a motivated executive team with resources to help yousucceed and a fantastic communityreputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previousautomotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. He or she mustconduct themselves professionally have strong computerorganizational and time management skills and excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managea high volume of customer inquiries by phone email or text.
  • Be a liaison between customers andthe service department.
  • Answers allinbound profit center calls for service and parts.
  • Contacts all noshows to reschedulemissed appointments.
  • Advisescustomers on specialorder parts status appointment reminders andrecall campaigns.
  • Lead the BusinessDevelopment Center team who responds and nurtures internet salesleads that are submitted by customers while ensuring that thedealerships actualize profit potential on internet sales.
  • Ensures high quality consistent andprofessional communication with customers and prospects using theCRM VinSolutions call text and email functions and leads their teamto do the same.
  • Effectively leadcommunication with dealerships the leadership team at saiddealerships and the Business Development Center team acting as thebridge between the dealership and the customer.
  • Leads the Business DevelopmentCenter team to direct customers to product information andresources and stays up to date on new products features accessoriesetc.

Works withthe Senior Management team to establish goals and benchmarks forthe Business Development Center team and gives feedback frequentlyto ensure said goals and benchmarks are being met.
