W2 Contract
Salary Range : $187,200 - $208,000 per year
Location : Redwood City, CA - Hybrid or Remote PST
Job Summary :
As a contract recruiter, you will be a part of a fast-paced HR team for an innovative biotechnology company. This highly visible position will be integral to the organization's ability to attract top talent.
You will provide full-cycle recruiting services to hiring managers, including conducting strategic job launches, sourcing, screening, and developing and extending offers.
This role requires experience with Commercial Development recruiting for the biotech / pharmaceutical industry, focusing on Oncology.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Partner with client groups to source and attract candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Provide strategic, full-cycle recruiting support to hiring managers, including providing candidate market data insights, feedback, and hiring recommendations.
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter, identify and source passive candidates for various skill sets.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase the position and benefits of the organization.
- Provide offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, and negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- 5+ years of in-house or corporate recruiting experience
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in Commercial Development from prior Oncology drug companies
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred.
