We have an excellent training program for our Sales Associates as we will train you to be a success and help you grow in your new career.
If you have experience serving customers and providing exceptional customer support, then automotive sales could be for you.

Compensation & Benefits :

Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
- Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in vehicle selection
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Attend training and stay updated on new vehicle models and promotions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
