We are a leading dental laboratory in West Palm Beach, Florida, specializing in crafting high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances for dental practices across the region.
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a dedicated team of dental laboratory technicians.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Laboratory Manager to join our team and lead our laboratory operations.
Dental Laboratory Manager Responsibilities :
- Discuss active and future projects with clients and management.
- Maintain that quality control standards are met and exceeded.
- Daily / weekly / monthly reporting to management on lab / team member performance Management experience is a must!
- Manage daily operations and production of our cad department
- Ensure high quality of work that our lab is known for
- Oversee department training and cross training of team members
Dental Laboratory Manager Requirements :
- License / Certification CDT, MDT (Preferred)
- West Palm Beach, FL : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Dental Laboratory Manager or similar leadership role in a dental laboratory setting. (Required)
- In-depth knowledge of dental laboratory procedures, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and disciplines.
Dental Laboratory Manager Benefits :
- Pay : $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
