Our client is currently seeking a Sr Program Manager
Hybrid in Irvine, CA (2-3x per week) 1 year contract
JOB DETAILS
- 7-10+ years of program / project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills in working and leading business partners through a transformation of Global Finance, specifically around how they lead this with the rest of the enterprise (outside of GF)
- Program / project management experience in data delivery leading successful business and / or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment including user adoption and change management, such as
- Strategy and operating model experience
- Ability to facilitate and implement a future state operating model with supporting data Insights & Analytics technology / dashboards
- Experience in the data domain a strong plus :
- Data Strategy & Transformation Change Management, Organizational Design, Operating Model, Product Mode, Center of Excellence
- Data Management Data Governance & Quality, Master Data Management, Lineage & Metadata Management, Business Intelligence & Reporting,
- Understanding and / or are skilled in Waterfall, Agile (. SAFe, Scrum & Kanban) and Product Mode Delivery
- Previous success and savvy with a blend of delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and can apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
- Ability to partner cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence to influence stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership to drive towards resolution
- Skilled communicator and can facilitate challenging discussions; ability to fine-tune communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholder
- Strong delivery skills drives with finesse
- Change management activation experience as part of delivery is a plus
