- Assist in the preparation of month end financials, monthly deliverables to the Board of Directors / Management, and tracking of NAV.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly / yearly 10Q / 10K, as well as all analysis / deliverables required for Management and the Board of Directors.
- Help coordinate and assist external auditors with the timely completion of the year end audit, as well as procedures performed during the year / quarterly reviews.
- Help coordinate with internal / external auditors in completing internal control testing and walkthroughs in accordance with SOX 404.
- Work closely with investor relations in helping to prepare quarterly press releases and earnings presentations.
- Liaise with other functional areas of the Firm including Operations, Investor Relations, Compliance, Legal, Tax and Portfolio Management.
- Preparation of certain monthly / quarterly information related to deals that are co-invested in
- Ad Hoc requests and special projects as necessary.
