Shift Durations : Options include 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts

Salary for Licensed Practical Nurse : $26 to $31 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
The roles of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) involve providing empathetic, high-quality care to residents, consistently aligned with the Nurse Practice Act.
They ensure a safe, therapeutic environment throughout the resident's journey from admission to discharge. Collaboration with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team is essential.
Both the LPN and RN employ the nursing process to offer holistic care to residents and their families, with a primary objective to restore and maintain each resident’s mental and physical health to their fullest potential.
Essential Requirements :
- A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Current certification in CPR; preference for long-term care experience.
