• Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant

• The ability to deliver a great guest experience
• Previous restaurant experience
• Ability to jump in and assist where needed
• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $23.34$33.04. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors.

Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and / or education. Chipotle offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, sick leave, vacation time, and much more.
