Regional Manager of Nursing (RN)

The Position : We are looking for a full-time Regional Manager of Nursing(RN) to provide oversight to 4 outpatient facilities.
The client offers the following compensation package :
- $100k- $120k Salary Based on Experience

R e sponsibilities :
- Monday- Friday Schedule
- 8 : 00am- 4 : 00pm
- Provide Oversight to Nursing Team at 4 Clinics / Locations : Between Beverly, Gloucester and 2 in Lynn
- Implements And Manages Operational And Tactical Nursing Plans To Achieve Organizational Goals.
- Offers Expert Knowledge In Nursing Operations.
- Recruits, Trains, And Motivates Staff, And Handles Various Personnel Actions Such As Hiring, Terminations, Performance And Salary Reviews, And Disciplinary Measures.
- Ensures The Region Operates At Peak Levels Of Experience, Skill, Knowledge, And Capability.
- Collaborates With Organizational Teams To Align Efforts And Meet Established Objectives.
- Manages Budget Effectively, Controlling Expenses While Fulfilling Operational, Financial, And Service Requirements.
- Ensures Compliance With Regulatory Agencies In The Region To Achieve Successful Survey Outcomes.
- Provides Additional Support For The After Hours On-Call System.
- Must Pass An N95 Mask Fit Test; Position Requires Wearing A Mask With A Tight Seal, Necessitating No Facial Hair That Interferes With The Respirator's Seal.
- Requires Frequent Local Travel.
- Performs Other Duties As Assigned.
Requirements :
- Massachusetts RN Licensed
- CPR Certified
- Master's is Preferred
- 7-10 Years of Experience Working with the Geriatric Population AND / OR Insurance Industry
- 1-3 Years of Management Experience
- Ability to Drive Changes and Documented Results
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High Computer Competency - Including Microsoft Office
