WorkSolved Staffing is hiring multiple people for 1st & 2nd Shift Paint Line positions at a client in Marne, MI. These are temp-to-hire positions.

Looking for quality candidates with :
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma
- Previous powder coating experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Willing and able to work OT as necessary
Duties include :
- Read blueprints and diagrams
- Prepare and rack and unrack parts for painting
- Load and unload metal parts to conveyor paint line
- Assembly and packaging finished parts
- Troubleshoot issues to eliminate causes of rejected parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Possible Machine Operation or Assembly
Specifics :
- Pay rate : 2nd pays $18.19 / Hour
- 1st shift : 5am-3pm
- 2nd shift : 3pm-1am
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Weekly Pay
