Customer Service Representative will work at the front gate of Black Rock Park and provide customer service to park visitors.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone, greet park visitors, provide information to visitors on park operations and facility rental, and assist in coordinating park host program.
- Obtain information on customer reservations from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department reservations center.
- Provide customers with facility rental information. Provide tours of facilities available for rent to potential customers as requested.
Send rental agreements and park information to customers.
- Explain park regulations and policies to visitors.
- Collect, count and prepare cash and check deposits
- Reconcile credit card and bank statements
- Act as cashier
- Sell merchandise
- Rent cabins and canoes and collects day use fees (including curbside service at front entrance office).
Qualifications
- Skill in calculating correct change for cash transactions
- Skill in providing customer service
- Intermediate skill level in office productivity applications (such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork
