Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover valuable insights that will drive business decisions.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver accurate reports and visualizations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.

You should be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing large datasets from various sources
  • Cleaning and transforming raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Developing and validating statistical models to predict trends and patterns
  • Creating clear and informative reports and visualizations to communicate findings
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
  • Conducting regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and data modeling techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
