The Varsity Pins Front Desk Team Member

Varsity Pins, a lively and energetic part of Project 2231 in Clarksville, TN, is looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our front desk team.
At Varsity Pins, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest service in a fun and engaging environment. Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills are required.
- Knowledgeable in bowling operations and reservation systems preferred.
- Point of Sale and Cash handling experience preferred
- Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Available to work nights weekends and holidays
- Flexible scheduling
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, professional, and responsive guest service.
- Welcome and assist guests with selecting bowling packages, bowling shoes, bowling lane set-up, and if needed,
help in choosing a bowling ball.
- Cashier
- Accountable for maintaining excellent cleanliness of the bowling area : tables, counters,
chairs, and floors.
Clean bowling lanes, gutters, and ball return areas.

Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting and carrying items up to 40 pounds
- Bending, stooping, and maintaining stamina throughout shifts
