Role Overview :

As a Project Manager with Rushing Roofing, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

Your primary responsibilities will include canvassing for new customers in storm-affected areas, inspecting roofs, assisting homeowners in filing insurance claims, managing job sites, and marketing yourself both around the neighborhood and online.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :

• Canvass storm-affected areas to identify potential customers.
• Knock on doors to generate leads and introduce our services to homeowners.

Roof Inspection :

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to assess damage.
• Climb roofs and ladders safely to perform inspections.

Insurance Claims Assistance :

• Help homeowners understand and navigate the insurance claim process.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Job Site Management :

• Oversee job sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.

Marketing :

• Promote yourself and our services in the neighborhood and online.
• Utilize social media and other online platforms to reach a broader audience.

Industry Knowledge :

• Learn about the storm and insurance restoration industry.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements :

• Comfortable knocking on doors to generate leads.
• Ability to climb roofs and use ladders safely.
• Willingness to travel to storm-affected areas as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation :

• Commission only : We start all our reps at 15% commission (15% of the entire claim).
• Performance bonuses.
• Commission percentage can increase based on performance.
