The Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel, LLP seeks workers' compensation attorneys throughout the State of California. We offer a diverse and inclusive work environment with a competitive benefits package and remote work opportunities. Premium salary and benefit package. Salary range is $90,000-$200,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

Qualifications :

  • One year workers' compensation defense attorney experience preferred
  • Defense Base Act / Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus
  • Proactive and client-focused from assignment to resolution
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Research and analytical expertise
  • Ability to navigate in a paperless environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Current State Bar License / Member in good standing - California
