At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small multi-functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI / UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster than siloed individuals working independently.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Agilist with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, and Cloud Basics with a focus on driving successful project outcomes.

This role will involve working closely with multi-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies across various projects to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Oversee the Scrum process and coach teams on standard methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any impediments to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement Cloud Basics to enhance the scalability and reliability of our solutions.
• Apply Snowflake and SQL to manage and analyze data providing insights that drive business decisions.
• Ensure consistency to Agile principles and practices promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage with collaborators to understand their needs and expectations ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed their requirements.
• Drive the adoption of Agile tools and techniques providing training and support as needed.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and alignment with business goals.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Agile Methodologies, Agile Scrum, and CX-Scrum Master.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Cloud Basics, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Have a background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
• Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Be adaptable and open to continuous learning and improvement.
