EōS Fitness is looking for an Executive Assistant that is a highly motivated individual who is team-oriented and service-oriented.

Our Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This position will be responsible for efficiently managing the CRO's schedule and action items.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Provide administrative support to the CRO and the departments that come under the supervision of the CRO.
  • Manages calendar and schedule of the CRO to ensure all commitments are met.
  • Organize and occasionally attend meetings and conferences with multiple departments to support any action items that fall under the CRO.
  • Support with travel arrangements and scheduling needs for others traveling with / for meetings with CRO.
  • Ad-Hoc tasks and reporting as needed.

Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • 3 years of working directly with the executive leadership team.
  • Microsoft Office skills : Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Accurate analytical and data entry skills.
  • Highly efficient multi-tasking adept at staying focused through many interruptions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Assertive and able to reinforce policies and encourage self-sufficiency.
  • Communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors
  • Detail oriented; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.

Requirements :

  • Must successfully pass background check.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
  • Ability to access and operate Company computer system including prepare documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer database or email system.
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 20 lbs.

Job Type : Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule : This is a Monday - Friday Full-Time hybrid role so you must be able to work 3 days at one of our Phoenix locations.
