Director of Sales - Hudson County, NJ
Our client, an industry-leading paper and supplies company, is on a growth trajectory and is seeking a Director of Sales to join their expanding team.
This role offers the opportunity to report directly to the company's owners and lead a growing, tenured sales team, providing a platform for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities Include -
- Experience selling a product / service to the Hospitality and Restaurant Industries
- Identify areas for Business Development, Client Expansion and Process Improvement
- Negotiate with Vendors and Suppliers on Pricing
- Coach the sales team on managing and retaining existing customers and setting sales objectives for new business
- Onboarding new clients efficiently with standard practices and continuous follow-through
- Regularly go on sales meetings with the sales team in the field (NJ, NY mainly), with some travel to other states
- Develop positive relationships with all parts of the organization
- Bring ideas for revenue expansion forward with a continuous desire to expand the brand
Required Qualifications -
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
- Proven experience in increasing revenue and client expansion
- Proven experience hiring and leading successful salespeople
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver's License

Solid mid-six-figure base salary with bonus. 401K match. Insurance starts on the 61st day of employment.
