Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client & Attorney Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the linchpin between our clients and attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships, enhance client satisfaction, and support our attorneys in delivering top-notch legal services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Attorney Support : Assist attorneys in managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating project and case activities.
- Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and attorneys, managing attorney email inboxes and ensuring client needs are understood and addressed promptly.
- Client Satisfaction : Monitor and enhance client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and proactive problem-solving.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions and case details are documented in our CRM system.
- Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Practice Reporting : Prepare daily financial and other reports for attorneys.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other remote collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
