About The Position
SPECIALTY : GASTRO or General Surgery (GS for colonoscopies) LOCATION : Illinois JOB TYPE : Locum Tenens JOB NUMBER : 47120 Description : Job #47120 about an hour from Springfield GASTRO Monday ?
Friday Clinic (minimum of 10 shifts per month, full-time available, no call Primarily performing procedures in GI lab but will also see patients in clinic and round on inpatients as needed.
Required procedures : scopes for bleeds, EGDs, routine colonoscopies, treat bleeders in the esophagus, GI lab ? colonoscopies, EGD, ERCP, etc.
General Surgery Will consider General Surgeon who is comfortable doing primarily colonoscopies Competitive Rate Required : IL License;
active and unrestricted Board Certified / Board Eligible ACLS, BLS, CSR, DEA Minimum 1 year experience Travel Expenses and Malpractice Insurance are provided.
