Your Key Responsibilities :
- Implement ABA Programs : Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.
- Family Collaboration : Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Community Integration : Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.
What We're Looking For :
- Experience : 1 year preferred but not required.
- Availability : Monday to Friday, 3 PM 8 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM 3 : 45PM
- Certifications : Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.
- Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
