Salary :
The University of North America (UoNA) is seeking a qualified candidate who will be responsible for the (1) management of all business office functions including student accounts and campus operations, and (2) student financial aid administration.
- Management of accounting / financial functions
- Ensure compliance with, and maintain currency of, professional accounting standards, regulations, and laws by preparing and maintaining financial records and reports as required by federal, state, local, or UoNA regulatory agencies.
- Supervise UoNA accounting specialist, includes assigning and monitoring of day-to-day and periodic functions, forms, and documents, and performance evaluations and training.
- Present accounts and financial reports and issues to the President on a weekly / monthly schedule.
- Provide budget management for campus operations.
- Oversee procurement services for campus facilities.
- Oversee preparation and implementation of the annual campus budget and quarterly or other periodic financial reports, using budget models to project future revenue following established policies for expenditures.
- Facilitate the access of independent auditors or CPA to conduct annual audits as assigned.
- Student financial aid administration
- Manage and conduct review of federal verification of student aid eligibility, and packaging of students with federal, state, institutional, and private student financial aid in accordance with federal and state regulations, and institutional policies.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures, reporting, compliance, fiduciary controls, regular reconciliation and student information and communications of financial aid programs.
- Maintain currency of federal, state, institutional, and private student financial aid policies and practices.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position that contribute to the mission and objectives of the University.
