Dates of Coverage : 11 / 4, 11 / 11, 11 / 18, 11 / 25, 12 / 2, 12 / 9, 12 / 30 All 7am-7am
Details / Requirementsfor Assignment :
Active Kentucky license or IMLC
Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years
Call coverage
Two week days 24 hour calls and two full weekends
Weekend shift 7pm Friday to 7am Monday
