Primary Responsibilities :

• Position is responsible for scheduling patients via incoming calls or by means of outbound calling. A minimum of three service lines (modalities) is required
• Positions in this function are responsible for checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient medical records for a clinic.

Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s)

• Limited work experience
• Works on simple tasks using established procedures
• Depends on others for guidance
• Work is typically reviewed by others

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work between 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm CST, Monday - Friday
• Ability to occasionally work Saturdays as the business requires, from 8 : 00am 12 : 00pm

Preferred Qualifications :

• Medical Terminology
• Epic experience

Ability to communicate effectively, written & verbally
